The segment is calculated by number of employees at the time of application. There is no intermediate tier: if you have 3 employees, your amount is €3,000, not a proportional part of €6,000.

Segment C — €2,000. It is enough to solve one well-chosen problem, not five. What usually yields the most return in a one- or two-person business is an agent that handles repetitive queries and leaves no message unanswered after hours.
Segment B — €3,000. It covers service plus qualification: the agent gathers the data your team needs before calling and leaves it in the CRM.
Segment A — €6,000. It allows covering two or three areas (sales, support, administration) and automating processes that currently run through spreadsheets.
