  • Draft documents, quotes or personalised emails

The difference in practice: a chatbot says "To check your order status, press 1". An AI agent says "Your order #1247 left the warehouse yesterday at 2:30 PM and is expected to arrive tomorrow morning. Would you like me to notify you when it reaches your area?"

Which does your business need?

Use a chatbot if your queries are always the same and very predictable, you only need to capture basic data, or your budget is very tight.

Use an AI agent if your customers ask varied questions, you want the system to execute actions (schedule, search, create documents), or you need integrations with your existing tools.
