The Kit Digital Programme, funded by European Next Generation EU funds, has been helping Spanish SMBs digitalise since 2022. In 2024 it was expanded to explicitly include artificial intelligence solutions. In 2026, funds are still available, but with deadlines closing by segment.

What does Kit Digital cover for AI in 2026?
The solution catalogue includes several categories where AI has direct applications:
- Customer management with AI (CRM): automated lead follow-up, automatic qualification. Up to €2,000 for companies with 3 to 9 employees.
- Digital customer service with AI: multi-channel AI assistants, automated query management. Up to €29,000 for companies with 10 to 49 employees.
- Business Intelligence and analytics: automatic dashboards, predictive analysis with AI. Up to €4,000.
- Advanced online presence: websites with AI integration, automated SEO. Up to €5,000.
Maximum amounts by company size:
- Segment I (10–49 employees): up to €12,000
- Segment II (3–9 employees): up to €6,000
- Segment III (0–2 employees): up to €2,000
How to apply: the 5 key steps
1. Check eligibility at acelerapyme.es: company registered in the AEAT census, no outstanding debts with the administration, registered with Social Security if it has employees. Verification takes less than 10 minutes.
2. Register at acelerapyme.es with your digital certificate or Cl@ve. This gives you access to the full catalogue of accredited digitalisation agents.
3. Choose an accredited digitalisation agent. Only companies accredited on the programme can implement Kit Digital solutions. Before choosing, verify they have real experience with AI, not just basic websites.
4. Sign the service agreement. The agent implements the solution and bills directly against the voucher. The company does not pay upfront.
5. Verification at 12 months. Red.es checks that the solution is operational. If everything is correct, the digitalisation agent receives the voucher payment.
