One of the biggest barriers we see in companies with between 2 and 50 employees is the belief that implementing artificial intelligence requires a team of engineers, a huge investment or months of development. It does not.

The 4 steps of the AizuaLabs method
1. Process audit (week 1)
Before installing anything, we analyse which tasks take the most of your team's time. We typically find between 3 and 5 processes that can be automated with AI in under 30 days:

2. Prioritisation by impact/effort
Not everything is worth automating equally. We use an impact/effort matrix to choose the 2–3 processes with the highest immediate return. In most SMBs, the first automated process already covers the cost of the consultancy in under 3 months.
3. Implementation with no-code tools or bespoke AI agents
Depending on complexity, we use:
- No-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) when the process is linear and the tools are already integrated.
- Bespoke AI agents when the process requires reasoning, document reading or interaction with proprietary systems.
In both cases, the SMB team does not need to know how to code. The solution is delivered ready to use.
4. Training and independence
The goal is not to make you dependent on us forever. We deliver documentation, train the responsible person and leave everything monitored so you can extend it yourself.
